just this week i've come across two stories where defendants are using their obesity as an excuse. the first is an ohio man that says he's too fat to execute [story here] and the one today is a texas woman, weighing nearly 1000 lbs, who says she couldn't have killed her two-year-old nephew because of her limited mobility [story here].
i suppose, in world filled with fried twinkies, chocolate covered bacon, sonic mac 'n chees bites and chili mac push pops, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
